am i being stupid but what does the maxi mean? isn't that just a normal single with the b-sides?

^A Maxi is a Maxi CD, you've got more songs on it and I think the sleeve is plastic, not in cardboard, as the CD singles are here.

a bit off the topic now, but i've recently watched the movie Sky Captain and the World of Tommorrow starring Jude Law, Angelina Jolie and Paltrow. It reminded me alot of the coldplay vid for TAlk :stunned: Giant robots on the rampage are included and they nearly trample gwyn

i think it's ridiculous. just making more money by taking advantage of their fans. there should just be one version like all their other singles. obviously im gonna buy them all but it's a bit mcfly. hoping its not the band's idea.

You know, I never saw the 'maxi' disc at my local HMV.... :angry:

I found a "3-track version" at Proxis.be (and also the 3 dutch singles available !)

 

On Amazon.de, there are 2 versions :

- normal version, which seems to contain 3 tracks (but the 3rd track has no title and can't be listened)

- "uk import" with 2 tracks

 

The 3-track version may just be a german release... don't you think ?

 

So it must be possible to find it on the internet, but it is a digipack or not ?

I'm asking it to Amazon sellers...

According to Sirendisc (usually very reliable), the 3 track will be released on Jan 16
