March 22, 200620 yr very disapointing! I liked the boys themselves in the whole retro look but my god that dance thing was just ridiculous. but on the bright side we wont have to put up with seeing it much seeing as i dont expect tv to play an almost naked grandmother and some guy in a speedo too often...its just disturbing...and weird...and horrible kate

March 22, 200620 yr oops sorry. dont think anyones said it yet could be except the fact that they were all filmed 20 years ago!!!!! all of the show footage is from the eighties....if you look the wind is blowing pretty hard when the dancers are filmed and no wind when its just coldplay.....its digital editing people.
March 22, 200620 yr Wasn't it Maggie something who directed it? Flo, you'll learn to love it :) :laugh3:
March 22, 200620 yr Actually, the guys ARE being themselves. They're not mopey and blah like they can be to a lot of people in their other videos. Now they're just doing whatever the hell they want. People like to put Coldplay into a nice "light pop on the verge of teeny bopper angst" box. Yeah. Ok. Take this old person porn and shove it, that's what they want to say. Plus, it was probably a blast to film!
March 22, 200620 yr what with the rumours of coldplay breaking up (not that they will) but can you imagine if this was their last video? what an awful legacy.

Linda Dano is one of them..
