I spotted him quite early on, before Supergrass arrived, stood by the museum talking to some guy, so I pegged it over quickly. I nearly chickened out - im so glad I didn't! I just had this panic omfgwhatdoisaytohim :stunned: moment.

We had such a nice chat :nice: ....I mentioned the Proud gig in Camden at one point and he was like "oh, the crazy one? were you ok?!", and I said how we were front row and I got trampled on my large men lmaooo, he said they were all really worried about the girls at the front, but I said we had a great night anyway!!! He was laughing about Liam banging on the drums too, said he thought it was hillarious how he wouldn't leave the stage. :lol:

Then the girl who took the photo for me asked me how to use my camera phone, and I said (referring to the button) "Hold it down" and Carl goes "'old it daaaan!" in this cockney accent, then I said it too and I couldn't stop laughing. :bucktooth: I was such a goof. :rolleyes: lmao.

Then he asked if I was from London and I said I was studying there but lived just outside the city, and how it had worked out well because i'll see them twice live in London and then when i'm home the following week I can see them nearby too. He said "oh, that's pretty impressive" and something else that I couldn't understand :laugh4: bless him and his mumbling :lol:

Then he said he hoped I enjoyed the gigs, and I said cheers and him too and I hope they play Chinese Dogs one of the nights :D hehe. He said "oh yes" *mumblessomethingorother* :laugh4: then got asked to go over and start playing with Supergrass, who'd arrived while we were talking.

I think that's about it.

I'm just so fucking glad I got there in time....first I got on the wrong tube, and then I followed signs across tower bridge to the design museum but then they just stopped, and i got lost in these backstreets LMFAO you shoudl have seen me running around those streets :laugh3: ...but luckily I got there at about dead on 11, when it was due to start.

Thank god, cos there were barely any people there so Carlos wasn't swamped with fans like he was at the end.

LMFAO I am a complete photo nerd :laugh4: I totally geek out over photography sometimes. I had to stay after and work on my digital art portfolio with my art teacher, and she's not great with photography (we had to take pictures of my drawings on the wall) and lmfaoooo. I had to show her what speed to put the camera on and for some reason I decided to go into a nice lecture about WHY it was this... kind of like what I'm doing now :rolleyes: oh god I have Bono-itis today :laugh4: anyways.

Its funny cos im so used to venues like Brixton academy (:heart:) that's literally right across the road from the tube station, so this was nuts! It said 10min walk on the map but it took me about 1/2hour! :rolleyes:

You sound like me with my drawings(Me isnt so talented at photography:disappointed:). My art teacher used to hate me because I would always stay after school to discuss with him and my painting teacher what should go on my AP art portfolio. I even made him re-take most of the shots because the colors looked wrong. lmfao. I thought I was the only one :shy::blush:
