At a music festival called Lowlands. They had a signing session. Only had to stand in line for 5 minutes =) Back in August.

Hey you are one lucky person indeed! That's so cool, having the chance of getting to talk with people you admire or at least have some sort of interest in.

And I even had dirty thoughts looking at those signatures. How many people can one fancy?

Check the News section of the website at midnight.

Thats all I can say at the mo.

R x

So about two hours until we know wtf is going in..

Did you talk with them at all?

Yeah, for a bit, y´know, asking whether they enjoyed the Netherlands, the weather & the festival a bit, and they asked for which bands I was here and why I stretched the shirt over the counter (I was wearing it) instead of just taking it off and walking round in my bra :P I also had my pic taken with some of them, but they haven´t been printed yet.

Wow, you so have to post the photos when you get them :D Luckylucky.

WTF IS WRONG WITH THE WORLD?!

Ah poor Gary!

I hope there are still some tickets left when I get home from work on Friday, I would love to see them again!

Have a good time, General Smut! :) Tell us how it is!

omg, I read that about Gary's flat getting burgled. THAT IS SO AWEFUL. Who would do that to him!? I sent a message to him telling him I hope he's ok and that he's so awesome and doesn't deserve that.

But yanno, Karma's a bitch!! :sneaky:

Urgh. :(

Carlos is alright. Carlos is alright. Carlos is alright. Carlos is alright. Carlos is alright.

oi oi. Now we’ve established i ain’t leaving the babadingle bitches i have news of a show. it ain’t for a while but it’ll be a corker. LoveMusicHateRacism have asked me to curate a nite for them(this is a fancy way of saying call up some mates in bands & see if they wanna play). I’ve got so far:

Babyshambles

Mystery Jets

The View

Noisettes

Lethal Bizzle

Metro Riots

Tilly & The Wall

Cazals

Sam from Hope Of The States(acoustic)

There’s loads more but don’t wanna say till they’re properly confirmed. Managers tend to frown on that kinda thing. Statik’s gonna get some more Grime lads down and i may get a poetry reading bit on the go too. oooh, culture. Also have a magician friend who’s gonna walk round freaking people out armed only with a pack of cards, a monkey wrench, and some common household bleach.

Watch this space.

ps speaking of magic Statik and i have an ace up our sleeve that’ll get all youse ‘tiberlines fans raising an eybrow or two [coming soon]

I NEED TO LIVE IN LONDON.

Sorry, just had to get that out.

This was a little further down..

Ep all recorded, we're getting a few mix engineers to have a go at various tunes to see which sounds best. Probably looking at a december release now. Peter is doing v well, he's still determined to stick with the priory programme till tour commences. I really hope he'll release a solo album. There's something amazing about when he just plays on his own. Don't get me wrong, i love playing with the band but on the frog tour I'm gonna try to talk him into doing a few on his own, like back on the first shambles tour. maybe sneak the upright bass and Adam on brushes on a couple

Holy shit Therese, that b&w pic of Carl!!!!!!! :dead: :dead: :dead: :dead: :dead:

Good to see him playing again :nice:

I know! He's so fucking beautiful :dead:

Oh, and look at the set list from last night!!!

‘You Fucking Love It’

‘Wondering’

‘Blood Thirsty Bastards’

‘The Gentry Cove’

‘Doctors & Dealers’

‘Puffin On A Coffin Nail’

‘Deadwood’

‘The Enemy’

‘Chinese Dogs’

‘Gin & Milk’

‘If You Love A Woman’

‘Last Of The Small Town Playboys’

‘Bang Bang You’re Dead’

‘B.U.R.M.A’

‘In The City’

‘I Get Along’.

and there's a wonderful person that's uploading a bootleg of 'Chinese dogs'

Wow, that's a sweeeet set list :stunned:

When you get the link for Chinese Dogs could you post it please? :D

I want to get tickets tomorrow, I would love to see them again....but I have no one to go to see them with :cry2:

None of my friends like them

Wow, your friends have no taste! First Razorlight, now DPT!? Shameful! *tut tut*

Then again, none of my friends like them either, and I went alone (well, with my mom, who left... LMFAO DPT is just too... hard for her? WTF MOM LMFAO).

This is totally the best thread on Coldplaying, so much news! Thank you Therese for keeping me posted! I always mean to catch up, but I don't really frequent LJ and always seem to miss posts, so this is where I get most of my stuff! ;)

That is an awesome setlist, cool how they started with You Fucking Love It, but in my opinion I still think Deadwood is the best opener. You Fucking Love It, in the middle, is great.

Oh Danielle, don't even get me started! It makes me so mad!

They listen to total shite like the Pussycat Hoes and shitty chart dance music. The closest they ever get to listening to good music is The Kooks, and that's only because they liked Naive and that's about it  Ah well. :(

But screw it, I really love DPT so I guess it's worth going alone :) I might just get myself a ticket anyway.

...Plus it's a good excuse to get the You Fucking Love It t-shirt out again

And I agree....this thread is great
