I think that babyshambles should have gone back and done all of the gigs they cancelled cause i didn't think it was very fair to cancel all them gigs in sweden and germany and then arrange new ones in the UK. Cause you deserve to see them and hopefully it will be your chance to see all the boys this year and they should both be touring because of their new albums what should be out this year.

 

Edit: And im going on just about every forum i can think of to look for someone to post something but they must be having a good time they've been there for more than 3 hours now

Ok i'm pretty shattered to say the least, so i'll just type a quick summary for now ;)

Ok...so when we got there the place was closed, so we went to another bar for about 1/2 hour.

When we came back it was open...we walked in and I asked the doorman who was playing. He listed a shitload of bands...and then babyshambles!!! *squee*

So we went upstairs and got our places at the front :D and waited 3hours (and I got a bit pissed during the wait lol), 'shambles came on at midnight.

The venue was teeeeeeeeeeny tiny, no barrier or anything. When Peter came out we both shook his hand. He's such a fucking ragamuffin, but holy shit is he a charmer! He gave me a little smile and tipped his hat...yeah, I kinda melted inside :lol: :wacky:.

First adam came on and set up his drums (with no beard today! :stunned:) and then after about 10mins Peter, Mick & Drew arrived. The place went pretty nuts, but in a good way. There was such a great, happy, atmosphere.

To be honest, I can't remember most of the setlist, it's all a blur! But they opened with Sedative :bigcry: :heart: it was fucking incredible.

Highlight for me (and Kara too) would be Pipedown (OMFG AMAZINGGGG) and a whole load of us at the front shouted Janie Jones so they played that too, it was wicked. The place went insane for those two especially.

No fuck forever or Albion but it didn't even matter, it was so good!!!

Time for Heroes was stunning, they play it SO well :nice:

During Pipedown Peter stagedived, and Kara got a wicked video of it, including myself ruffling Peter's hair!!! :wacky: :laugh4:

We got some goodies too, Kara got one of Peter's ciggarettes, and I, being the naughty theif I am, sneakily stole Peter's flag out of his back pocket without him noticing :sneaky: LMFAOOOO :laugh4:

It's pretty rank to say the least, it smells like arse mixed with fags and has blood on it. :sick2: Yeah...it's not going ANYWHERE near my face. lmfaooooo. :laugh4:

 

When it ended, (after over 2hours, woah) I got a piccy with Drew (i hope it comes out ok!), who was such a sweetie, and then me&kara got a pic of both of us with both Adam & scary Mick. :lol:

Ermmmmm......dunno what else to say! I suppose more will come back to me tomorrow when the alcohol is out of my system lol!

Oh I forgot a bit......The general (:rolleyes:) came on at one point and played a few songs, including Pentonville, which Peter joined in with, he was loving it bless him. It was actually pretty cool, everyone singing along with "a-wing b-wing c-wing..." etc etc. And then they came back on afterwards and did Pipedown and Carry on Up the Morning, which was absolutely beautiful. :heart:
