awww Steph, that's too bad but hey, at least the gig did happen and all that!! ;) That's really freakin' awesome that you semi met Drew...! omg

Fucking pap... I'd hate to witness that........ ugh. As someone who tries to be an actual photographer, scum like that gives the profession a horrible name. Makes me feel ashamed to look through the lense

Tell me about it man, they really are the scum of the earth. I wanted to fucking spit on that man or something, I was so mad. Where's my matey from Supergrass when I need him eh??

Dude, paparazzi are just... god, I can't even begin. I just hate them.

And there's a huge difference to people like you or just anyone at a gig with a camera and those cunts.

Random question, is Adam a tall guy? I've never really gotten any impression of how tall he is. lmao

Dude, who from Supergrass spit on the pap?! :stunned:

haha! :laugh4:

I really hope 'Shambles comes here... I know I say it all the time, but I'm interested to see if they do if the American papanazis (who really aren't as bad as those in the UK, and I have seen the ones over here in action) would turn up.... probably not....? huh.

Maybe I'll finally message Drew in a couple days to ask if that's a possible thing.... I keep meaning to!

Oh hey, I don't know if anyone answered me way back, but does anyone know where Drew posted the lyrics to 'Ribtickling' and Brideshead? I can't remember or can't seem to find 'em....

OMF Steph, Babyshambles? :o :o and saw Peter? Im afraid Im out again, I'll come back and read all I've missed! :o

(Damn my job )

If you go to his first Drew Helsinki, then next to the add button to get the song on your profile there is one that says lyrics, press that and it should popup :)

I think they might turn up but not like in London or the UK where they litterally follow him everywhere... American papanazis seem to have fucking loads more respect.

They dont have more respect, they just dont know Peter  :laugh4:

Nah he didn't look very tall to me.

Ohh no, remember when I saw Carlos down at south bank? Well I was stood right at the front (clinging onto that lampost lmfaooo) taking pics when some huuuuge pap came and stood right infront of me. I sorta peeped around him to carry on watching and the guy from Supergrass (Damn, I can't remember his name, the one in my pics with the big red purple on?) asked him to move out of the way for me. Bless him :nice:

UK paps (especially London) are the very worst. Absolute SCUM. :sick2:

I mean, i'm a fucking short girl, and this guy tonight literally shoved me out of the way like I wasn't even stood there. It's so out of order to do that to anyone, let alone a big man to a small woman (lmfao). It's just plain rude. I dont care if you 'need your photograph' or whatever, you don't go around just fucking shoving people out of your way!!!

haha, yeah I wouldn't say they have respect! Well.... actually... it does depend on the situation. I've been to multiple U2 gigs and there are times when the pap would actually turn up and take pictures with them around. They're loads more polite than FUCKING AUTOGRAPH HUNTERS. OMG. ASSHOLES. Yeah, they're my true enemy. The ones who shove you out of the way of meeting Bono so they can get his autograph and sell it for 200 bucks on Ebay. :nice: But B-man, I remember he saw that happen to a girl in Boston and he actually pointed at the guy and had security take him away and he gave the girl an extra hug. OMG *stops gushing over the #1 hero LMFAO* but yeah.... I dunno. Out in LA though they're total cunts, just like in the UK... but that's mostly for shits like Paris Hilton, who fucking asks for it!

cheers for that Tea, I hardly ever realize those little things so no wonder I couldn't find it! I expected a blog, haha ;)

awwww, didn't know he did that! What a sweetheart :nice: :laugh4: I love when artists can observe a situation and help fans out. :)

awwww' date=' didn't know he did that! What a sweetheart :nice: :laugh4: I love when artists can observe a situation and help fans out. :)[/quote']

Totally! And the way he did it was fucking class :laugh3:

He just sort of looked at this guy and pointed at me, then just signalled for him to move to the side, and he did just that :laugh3: He looked kinda embaressed when he turned and looked down at me, I must have looked so unimpressed :dozey:

Fucker :P

Aww...that's gotta be Danny :nice: *loves him*

I saw this show about paparazzi yesterday (totally angeled to make us feel sorry about them cause they're just doing they're job which is bullshit. Stalkers with cameras which means if I stalk Peter and have a camera he can't report me) and there really were a huge difference. The UK paps were running after and not afraid to take photos really close but the US were more staying further away and in the car and only if they really needed going out. But maybe it depends on where they are and stuff.

And yeah, Paris fucking begs for it.

Yeah, the UK people are REALLY manic. I've never ever seen anything like that here in the states, not even on TV or in LA. Really.... it's ridiculous. I think the UK paps are just absolutely obnoxious and horrifyingly in your face... here in the US they're really creepy... like you don't SEE them, they just park across the street and take a picture out the window. I don't respect paps at all in any regards, though, nor in any situation.

asshooooles!

Ah Danny, that's the one!

Oh yeah, I have no sympathy whatsoever for people like Paris. I mean what the fuck does she actually do?! She bascially rolls over and begs for it. God I hate her :laugh4:

Yeah UK paps are totally fearless, they pretty much do whatever the fuck they want. Cheeky bastards. I honestly don't know how people cope with it. I know people say 'it comes with the territory' but the point is it fucking shouldn't.

Yeah, if you're on the red fucking carpet or something fair enough. But when you're on holiday or walking down to the shops....it's just out of order. Everyone is entitled to their privacy and personal space, no one should ever be able to take that away from you.

She literally DOES roll over and beg for it!!!

:uhoh:

:laugh4:

I wonder if they are still playing :( GAHHHH. I guess they are. AFGGGT&(Y

I swear, if that pap hadn't have gotten in the way I could have sneaked in with Peter.

I REALLY REEEEEEEEALLY HATE PAPS RIGHT NOW  E%^&UGYFYGUO

*insert steam coming out of ears here*

The paps are really. We don't really have it over here, not so much but when my grandpa died and we were at his funeral and his nephew (who's this old famous footballer) came to the ceremony cause he was really close to my grandparents and you know, family! And there were not even like 10% of the paps the celebs has but still, my grandma just broke down, literally just fell apart on the ground screaming and crying and then passing out and they were pushing me and my brother to get pictures, and when my dad told them to go away they started taking even more pictures. It really was one of the most scary things I've ever been through. Papanazis indeed.

I just respect people that put up with it so much cause really, they shouldn't.

edit: oh, naughty! lmfao :laugh3:

awwwww Steph :( Don't worry, we all do too and totally get ya? heh ;) *bitches with ya*

Well.... They'll be around, most definately!!! At least you didn't miss like... their only show in Australia! :laugh4:

awwwww Steph :( Don't worry' date=' we all do too and totally get ya? heh ;) *bitches with ya*[/quote']

Yeah man, im glad I have you guys, seriously!!! ;)

LMFAOOOOOOOOO :laugh3: :laugh3:

God, there's so much more respectable ways to take pictures of people. Photoshoots, gigs, try getting a deal with a credible magazine...

But then again, papanazis aren't photographers, I have to keep reminding myself of that. They just happen to carry around things called cameras and point and shoot. They're not in it for the art or the care, they're in it for that hundred thousand buck check when Angelina and her baby get on the front page going to get fucking ice cream.

FJKD;AJFLK;DJAF;LKDJFLK;

so.

It was. Totally put me of that whole reading gossip-mags. No way I'm funding that!

lmao god, that would've been horrible! I mean Australia don't really get many gigs do they? And when they do it's like 5 years after everyone else :\

Exactly the same here Tea, I refuse to fund that shit. All my friends read "Heat!" and all those crappy magazines. God, it'll rot their brains out I swear.

And Dani - you're exactly right. They AREN'T photographers. they don't deserve that title.
