As the birth of Chris Martin & Gwyneth Paltrow's baby comes ever closer, the media speculation about the baby's name is growing.

 

The baby's new name was previously revealed as Mortimer, with more & more of the world's media reporting the same quoted source.

 

Today, the Sydney Morning Herald reports that the celeb couple have chosen another name for their new baby.

"In other inane news, Gwyneth Paltrow and Chris Martin have moved on from naming offspring after grocery produce and found inspiration in fictional flying midgets. Paltrow has reportedly settled on "Tink", as in Tinkerbell from Peter Pan, for the name of their second baby."

It's not going to be anything the media has reported, obviously. I hope it's original, but not too original or stupid-sounding, like Tink or Sophocles or even Mortimer. I think Apple's a cute name, but when she gets older, she'll probably hate her parents for naming her that and further singling her out. How about Chelsea?? :D
