That still doesn't answer any of my questions or resolve the fact that I have never heard of the guy. Don't be so quick to assume that I'm ignorant, but just because he's saying something the media is not does not put any merit behind a angry man's rants against the government. I've heard people like him on the streets of NYC, pratteling on about government conspiracies and their 1984 control over us and what we hear. I have no doubt that government is corrupt, as it always has been through the history of time. Power rots people. I know this. I am probably just as 'enlightened' as you are, oh all-knowing one. But for a government to do something like this, to orchestrate something as catestrophic as 9/11 would NOT be corrupt. It would simply be evil and twisted. I'd like to retain a bit of faith in the human's ability to reason and be compassionate than to so readily accept the fact that my government killed 3,000 people to justify a fucking war.

 

And I can tell you that I don't believe this not because I'm a "brainwashed youth of America", but because it simply is not reliable, doesn't make any sense, and does not begin to present even the faintest hint of convincing evidence to make me go "Well, damn... maybe it's true".

 

Some things just happen. There's ALWAYS someone who will find someone to blame and point fingers at. It's human nature.

I think they have handled them well, and they do deserve the utmost respect for their acheivements.

ok, well this is where we have to disagree....I believe (and not just flippantly, I honestly have came to this decision after first believing what the governments said) that the governments themselves were behind the attacks.

I've seen people standing outside the gates surrounding Ground Zero with banners reading "9/11-THE GREAT AMERICAN COVER UP". It made me sick. How disrespectful is that? Someone came up to me and asked me if I wanted to buy a video tape of the entire day's events. I told them to fuck off and shove it. I'm not going to pretend to value an opinion like that, or respect it. (And what I just wrote, for the record, is not directed at ANYONE in here, I'm just writing in general about how I felt when that happened.) I hope people will take alot from these last few threads. I would also hope that alot of people will look at the alternative news sites I use alot and actually 'see' that these people are trying to do alot for everybody.....and that they aren't crazy people with far out theories.

Alex Jones, (who I consider to be a true american patriot) and his websites are very, very useful as they draw on lots of news sorces and he and his crew work tirelessly to work out what's going on. They HAVE TO be very accurate and get all the details/quote/references correct to survive within the alternative media...as it's alot more strict on providing actual copies of evidence.

So please people...use them and read about news that actually sometimes is covered by the mainstream media everyday but never discussed or questioned or referenced against contradictory reports.

Actually, you can often find out about some events before they are national news.
