Who of you will be attending a music festival this year?

I went to Leeds last year and I recently aquired tickets for this years V.

 

I'm afraid I'm going to reserve this thread for UKers only because otherwise I'll have no idea what you'll be talking about and I don't want that.

I'd like to go to a festival this summer, unfortunately I'll miss a festival in Switzerland because of my exams. Afterwards I'm going to England... I'd love to go to a festival. Leeds festival has a great line-up, but it's already sold out. :disappointed:

I will go to the Hurricane Festival in Scheeßel, Germany (23.06.-25.06.). Can't wait to spend 3 great days with my friends there although it's always raining at Hurricane. :D

i wanted to go and camp at the Great Escape so bad... but my parents didnt let me in the end... the first night is happening right now... :cry:

I really want to go to Reading and Leeds this year, but alas, no ticket and wouldn't be able to get time off to go. But I am going to Oxegen (an Irish music festival for those of you who don't know) :nice:

You're going to Oxegen, fifi? Me too! Awesome! I'm very excited, flying over to Dublin for a whole week. My 18th birthday is July 9th, which is one of the days of the festival! really cool.

I'm going to V this year too. Which one are you going to? I'm in Stafford agian myself.

Anyone in particular you're looking forward to seeing this year? I thought both V and CW(Reading/Leeds) are pretty poor, but V is marginally better.

but far less things I really want to see than last year. I just hope I find another Turin Brakes >into> The Music >into> The Hives. Last year, I knew I wanted to see those three, but everything great about festivals was in those three sets, The Music's was especially excellent.

wOOOOO NEXT FRIDAY we're heading down!!!:cool: I'm so excited! I really love going to oxegen and this year the line up is pretty good so it will be a brilliant weekend!:D
