It's a video of a guy singing along to Britney Spears 'Circus' while clipping shit to his face and mumbling to the song on a webcam, spliced with images of him dancing around with various Britney papier-mache heads, one clip has him upside down with his bare ass showing and a huge Britney head sortof ontop of him appearing to sing along to the song.

 

BUT he's Japanese, yeah no surprises.
