" (even though you should say "Comment vas-tu aujourd'hui ?" because I'm close to you ;)) or " Comment vous sentez-vous aujourd'hui ?" ("Comment te sens-tu aujourd'hui ?") You can't put the verb "aller" and "sentir" in the same sentence, actually :)
