March 18, 201115 yr I love the guitar rifty part in it Me too, but after some time it gets to slow for me it's the only Coldplay song which sort of bores me
March 18, 201115 yr To be honest, I have no idea:) Like on the 2003 performance the song was too long and all the time aahaaha yeaa oohoho yeaa I don't know I just don't like it:confused: But that's I think the only song I don't like that much Well keep in mind that it is a live performance so things will be longer and that its just everything's not lost not life is for living. But that's your opinion so i'm not going to judge, you'll learn to like it eventually.

March 18, 201115 yr Yeah that's true, in the beginning I also didn't like Spies that much now it's one of my favorites:D Spies is great, totally can relate to that first line :D
March 18, 201115 yr well they played it on the AROBTTH tour. they should bring it back! We the fans, deserve coldplay to play us a concert of all the songs we want them to play. it will be very long though:laugh3::wink3: I think we do and even though i wasn't at any of the crisis gigs it was nice to see a lot of older songs in the setlist, plus after about 3 years of a viva la vida setlist maybe this summer if they stick to what they said and not play some new material then maybe a setlist of old stuff could be on the cards, fingers crossed. Am I the only one who doesn't like Everything's not lost?? It seems most of the fans love it that much, I just don't really like it so I'm kinda glad they don't play it anymore...:inquisitive: I wasn't too fussy on it until like a month ago when i started listening to coldplay again cos i've been in a long phase where I haven't been to keen on them. But when Chris hits the high note on the yeah and then Will comes in on the drums and Johnny gets a different rhythm on the guitar I got goosebumps and i've had it on repeat every night since. in fact i'm off to listen to it now :)

March 18, 201115 yr ^ I listened to it today while writing an essay at school... Together with many other Coldplay songs :D Thousands of goosebumps :wacky: I wanted to sing along so badly but I couldn't :(
March 18, 201115 yr does anyone know if everything's not lost got played at all live on the viva tour? if not then does anyone know when it was last played live? it's turning into one of my favourite songs by them and i've watched them singing it at glasto '05 loads of times and it's getting me all sentimentalish ha. Hope they bring it back for the summer :) I don't think it was played at all during the Viva la Vida tour. According to the wikicoldplay site, it was played at several gigs after Glastonbury 2005, such as November 30th (2005) in Belgium. I'm not sure about 2006, though. I would love it if they put it back on the setlists for this summer. :wacky: Listening to the crowd singing along at the end still gives me shivers.
March 18, 201115 yr Listening to the crowd singing along at the end still gives me shivers. the only other songs that do that to me is open your eyes by snow patrol, amsterdam and fix you, so i now have a new member in the exclusive goosebump club. Hopefully they'll play it at Oxegen, that and shiver and i'll be sorted :D

March 18, 201115 yr Ah, nice! My goosebump club would probably have more than twenty songs. :blank: But that's okay. :P Shiver. well i've a lot of songs that have the potential to become part of it but if i really get into a song i listen to i could go on for days listening to it and nothing else like there was one time were i listened to open your eyes i think for almost 2 months straight and i can see myself doing something similar with everything's not lost (yes, i am quite obsessive haha)
March 19, 201115 yr well i've a lot of songs that have the potential to become part of it but if i really get into a song i listen to i could go on for days listening to it and nothing else like there was one time were i listened to open your eyes i think for almost 2 months straight and i can see myself doing something similar with everything's not lost (yes, i am quite obsessive haha) Wow, two months is quite long  I know what you mean, though. I guess the most obsessive I got with music was when this one CD (a Broadway musical cast recording) was the only CD I would listen to for an entire year. And then there was that time when Coldplay was pretty much the only band I would listen to for an entire year.

March 19, 201115 yr ^ Yay! :nice: Congratulations :awesome: :awesome: Congrats! Thank you! I feel like I've been around here much longer than that.
