How many hours sleep do you need?

Featured Replies

I feel about 7 and a half/8 hours does me. I sleep for more at weekends, but I normally get 8 hours or less....mostly less. :dozey:

I always need more than I sleep so I can't really say how much I need. But I usually sleep about 6 hours a day.

Sudoku should stand for "SAD-OK-U?"

Another classic Mark joke.

There should be a Mark Joke Thread, where Mark posts all his jokes and puts a :P at the end. :P :P :P

worst thread ever

Lol true.

It would be the best thread ever, as he could at least keep that stoinking humour to himself

His humour certainly is stoinking.

I need about... 7 or 8. Well, I can survive with that. Ideally I'd like about 11.

Since I Have My New Job I Just Sleep Like 4 Or 5 Hours At Day

8 at least or then, I'm not ok during the day. 8 hours and a half is exactly what I need for being well rested.

a little less than 7 is good otherwise I get headaches ... and when I sleep too long I always wake up feeling bad like I've got a headache, but not a bad one

8 or 9 hours...I always stay up too late so I never get enough sleep...oh right, I do get enough sleep because I sleep til' noon instead

6,5 is the minimun, under that I feel very lost during the day, like just 2 days ago. :(

That's one of my "problems" too. I know I've to go to sleep 'cause the day after I've to wake up early but I don't want to. Moreover, the days that I go to sleep a bit earlier comparing to the other ones, I'm not able to fall asleep... so, when at last I achieve it, it's just that late as the others

I always stay up too late and regret it the day after but I never change anything...that's very good

I guess you can't fall asleep because you aren't used to go to bed that early. I if you continue to go to bed earyl you'll get used to that and fall asleep right away

You could be right, but I no intention of doing that!!

Studies have also shown you are born with a genetic timeclock. You are either a morning or evening person. I am most definitely the latter.;)

^ me too, exactly!!! I promise myself not to be here that late.... but, girl, I think I'm not able to reach it 'cause then, I'm having fun so...

I don't keep my word! hahaha

I think you're right.
