  • 5 months later...

About a week ago I started drinking black coffee. I've never liked it too much and haven't been drinking it for years and years... And now... I just can't stop, that's fucking horrible. First time in my life I feel like I addicted to something (music doesn't count). And I guess that's the reason I can't sleep. I sleep about 2-3 hours a day and that's kinda unnatural I believe. Though I've never slept too much... But 2 hours is just crazy. And I probably wouldn't sleep at all if I didn't know I have to. I mean, I'm just worried if I fall asleep on my lesson or whatever... I feel so exhausted... Fucking caffeine.

^^ whoa, that is really unusual lera. aim to break the addiction and get some rest! 2-3 hours every day is not healthy, it can't be. i'm not much of a coffee drinker myself, in fact i never drink espressos excl. mochas of course.

my sleep demands vary all the time. i tend to stay awake as long as i can because i feel like i'm missing out on something if i sleep too early. usually i get 7-8 hours a day. weekends i can sleep for 12 hours no problem.

during my final senior year of high school, i use to stay awake couple days at a time with the casual 2-3 hours rest. i could never do that nowadays.

2-4 hours sleep at night

anything more is a bonus.

omg how are you still standing!!! Theres no way I could live on only 2-4 hours sleep everyday.......why dont you get much sleep?

yeah. i need to get less but i cant. i'd love to stay up later so i could do more work and not be tired the next day but it never happens except for the weekends. i used to survive on whatever i got and would always wake at 7 regardless, but i dunno now... i have to have at least 8 hours or i'm buggered...

I have about 6 usually, cept on saturdays then i have about 10 or 11

are you melbourne annie? or back in horsham?

Back in the Sham :D Just got back about an hour ago

I stayed at my brothers apartment at Albert Park/South Melbourne and spent today looking for a formal dress in the city for my cousins wedding and after hours i finally found one in David Jones! So yeah thats about all i did and then I came home :)

alot. no questions asked. but i heard that its not good for you...

I usually sleep betwwen 5 and 7 hours during the week...

During the weekend, I sleep between 4 and 7 hours...

I need 9 hours, but usually get 6 to 7 hours.. On weekends, I sleep about 10 to 11 hours most of the time :P
