The Omen

oh man i saw that today and i have to say it was a good remake. i loved the original and this one holds up to it. some parts made me jump and i was overall happy about it. finally a GOOD scary movie worth to watch.

I watched it....and i think it was OK...I was not amazed but also not disappointed...my friends didn't like the end...they expected a happy ending...but I liked it....and I was glad that there was NO happy ending...would have been boring..

i haven't seen it yet, but i can't think that it will be better than the original

the first Omen from '70s is easily one of the best horrors ever

I saw this last night. It was good. Not really good. Julia Stiles was god awful. She couldnt act in this movie, and Leiv Shriber didnt do to well either except towards the end. The kills were awesome though.

I didn't like it. The original is waay better. There was just something about this one that wasn't good, maybe it was the acting or I don't know. I thought it was a bad remake. Sure there are some parts make you jump, but it didn't scare the crap out of me like the original still does.

I was falling asleep at some point. And laughing too, at the part when Leiv is trying to call Julia on the cellphone. He's yelling at the phone telling her to answer but she's in a hospital bed all messed up, her hand is in a cast and the cell phone is waay out of her reach, the babysitter is about to kill her, she is druged, how the hell was she supposed to answer! Maybe he expected a nurse to do it or something, but it was just too much, everyone was laughing.

the moviee..

Hhaha...y.eah I was also wondering about the thing with the cell phone...you even are not allowed to use cell phones in a hospital....especially not in rooms with so many machines:lol:

  • 1 month later...

why wasnt i even aware that this was a remake??

anyway, i watched it about a month ago and I really loced it. I like horror movies, but i like even more if other than scray they are intersting.

It was a very intresting movie, and I like how the end wasnt so predictable and happy, like all american movies.
