i was amazed by the US team!! they played really well, and the game was really good if u dont take in account that it was a bit too violent...

i just wanted to say congrats to ghana...that was an awesome win! and im glad the usa tied but that ref made me SO mad. he's crazy! that red card for italy i can see, given the blood. but the two for the u.s. were full of b.s. if you know what i mean. the first one (mastareoini?) was just a slide tackle a little late. yellow card, maybe, but kicking hom out of the game? and pope's red card... that was a simple foul. and i KNOW that the US did not have what was it like 17 more fouls than italy. grrr. >:(

They were all totally deserved, Mastroeni could have broken Pirlo's ankle with that "slide tackle a little late" and the second yellow card for Pope was totally deserved therefore the red card (because you know two yellow cards make a red one)

Hehe, I watched Italy-USA at my favourite ice-cream parlour. The game was very exciting and it was a "cards festival", that's for sure. :D My Italian friends were very disappointed after the match. :( But I'm sure they'll reach the next round.
