World Cup "Team of Shame"

Which players have brought shame on "the beautiful game" through their behaviour in the World Cup?

My initial suggestions are as follows:

Manager: Scolari (Portugal) for encouraging his players to dive and cheat.

Cristiano Ronaldo (for persistent cheating and incitement)

Ronaldo (for not having the decency to get fit for the tournament)

Wayne Rooney (for the "stamping" incident)

Frings (Germany) for losing his rag after the Argentina match.

Arjen Robben (for persistent diving).

Manager: Sven (England) for having the tactical sense akin to that of a satsuma.

Lampard (England) for showing what an overrated loser he is.

Rooney(England) for proving that he's the world's most petulant player.

Henry (France) for saying he'd never dive then proceeding to do so.

Ref: Valentin Ivanov (Russia) for losing control of what could have been a classic game.

Manager: Marco Van Basten (what a delusion)

McBride ('This is a war'...idiot!)

Manager: Bruce Arena (the double face of a medal)

Referee: Graham Poll (3 yellow cards at the same player!)

Franz Beckenbauer (he said 'Italy couldn't be proud for the victory. Germany play better!'...what?)

Ibrahimovic (what a delusion)

Serbia Montenegro team (what a delusion)

Fabien Barthez (an embarrassing goalkeeper)

Manager: Carlos Alberto Parreira, having the best players in the world in his squad he refuses to take out old players like roberto Carlos and Cafu for young ones and take out fat players like ronaldo for better forwards.

Ronaldo for not being fit

Rooney for nuttering Ricardo Caravalinho

Ref: Dont remember the name but the one that gave 3 yellows to the same player

Lol? He absolutely did nothing!

I have to mention Totti, because he is definitely the most female player in this World Cup!

What you've said is fair comment, but there's no way you can say all that and leave Cristiano Ronaldo out of the mix!!

^ :P

By the way, don't you think that Beckham was much more calm and down to earth at this World Cup? Not too stylish and too fashioned up like before :P

The trouble is, he was playing pretty poorly, too................

^ Well' date=' I think he was better than most expected him to be. Before the World Cup, they all accused him of not playing well at all anymore, but he was celebrated as a hero after that goal against Ecuador..[/quote']

He was, but he didn't really deserve it as he hardly did anything of note apart from that.
