I'll defend my drummer a bit, hes way off in the song, but he only heard it there about 10minutes before we played, and the timings are very very tricky (He was basically making the drums up as he went along, on this live recording). Given another chance he'd nail it, I'm sure.

Its by far the best lyrics Ive ever written, because all the other ones have been meaningless babble OR they tried to mean something and became so fucking alienating. Its hard to try and remain mysterious but not vague, when writing about something important.

it's a good song new born! you voice sounds really different form the last songs I downloaded. it sounds like you've been working on it. I like the whole song sounds like 70ish and I like that, really different from what we hear now. some parts sound a little out of tune or something but I guess it's because what you used to record. keep working with your band!

I think some of the guitar notes are out of tune, Im not sure though, I'll ask the guy who played them if they are in. Im just strumming the chords (Apart from doing the wickedly catchy intro/outro)

Well, I was really excited about listening to something you had created (I wish I had listened to previous songs, so see if you had gone up hill or down).

 

So I played it...and thought maybe the distorted vocals were some kind of new dramatic, as new stuff has had a tendency. And I kept listening and listening, hoping the vocals would be alright. But I was really uncomfortable and said:

"Oh my god! this is so horrible!" in my head.

Well, just the vocals so far..they were really trembly and offfff

 

But I did enjoy the guitar bits, THAT distortion was more than tolerable.

I dont really get the word 'distorted' though, unless you mean just 'bad' because there was no distortion on them. Well, we used a cheap mic, which could have given this distortion idea.
