Im having Twisted Logic withdrawals now. 2006, 2007, 2008?

I'm hoping in about 4 months.......

This is like the million dollar question for all Coldplay fans!

A Twisted Logic DVD.......I cant wait!!!!! I think we can all safely say we are going through withdrawals at the moment, this would help just nicely lol

I'm pretty sure that the 2003 DVD came out around October/Novemeber (Because I got it for Christmas that same year), so this one will most likely bbe released around the same time.

wel thats sounds about right october/november because they then only had about 2-3months to finish it all from the Sydney concerts. where as this time they have much longer from the Candian concerts.

Has anyone heard if they will include an audio CD with the DVD like 2003?

i really hope it comes out before christmas! that seems to make the most sense to me, because theyll make the most money off it initially. (but i dont think any of us will wait to get it for christmas/hannukah! i know im buying it the DAY it comes out!)

 

but im worried about what was said in an earlier thread, about chris not having enough time to edit all the film for the tour diary part. the tour diary is my favorite part of live 2003, and while ill kill to have the concert part, i dont think ill be anywhere near as excited if theres not a tour diary or behind the scenes part.

^ Don't pay attention to that crap. Chris didn't have enough time to edit footage because he was on tour, just like the rest of the band. That's probably the biggest reason for the late release date. They were too busy touring and juggling their personal lives to place their stamp of approval on things. Now that they're off tour, they'll get to oversee and edit the 400+ hours of footage and the DVD will be released with a documentary. You have to remember that Guy said that they were trying something a bit different with this DVD and making it into a bit of a film with splices of backstage tour footage thrown in inbetween songs on the live performance recording. And that was strait from the horse's mouth, not some tabloid who blows things out of proportion to sell papers.

 

And I'm very confident that they'll be releasing an audio CD with the DVD. Almost every band that releases a tour DVD includes a CD, and considering that their last DVD had a CD, I think it'd be illogical and very unlikely that they'll exclude a CD with this release.

^^ Agree with that and that would be cool to mix the footage with the show, which obviously requires some time to do it right, and considering how critical they are ... will take some time ... just can't wait! :)

yeah, its true that it is chris saying that, and who knows what he actually means anymore, but when its something like that...i get worried :)
