I dunno what boro have but it's one of those things where they do rubbish in the league overall but beat big teams, with the exception of chelsea last week, though they beat them at stamford bridge last season 3-0. and they beat Us (Arsenal) at the riverside, and probably should have beaten utd today, lucky goal by roony, deflected in off wheater. Can't wait for the FA cup game in 10 minutes, COME ON BARNSLY! they have to win it now! lol The last time Chelsea lost in the league at stamford bridge was against Arsenal back in 2004. A couple seasons back Boro beat them 3-0 at home, then famously with the same team lost 5-0 to us mob the next weekend.

"It will be the greatest achievement of my career to win the Premier League now because we are swimming against the stream at the moment," said Wenger. "For us the game on Sunday is the game of the season. If we do not win this game we have no chance. "We will fight until the last second of the championship." Roque Santa Cruz threatened to blow the race for the championship wide open with a calm finish after 21 minutes. And Blackburn keeper Brad Friedel kept United at bay almost single-handedly with a string of stunning saves. Tevez's 88th minute header gives United a three-point lead over Chelsea before their visit to Stamford Bridge. United boss Sir Alex Ferguson made four changes ahead of the Champions League semi-final against Barcelona - with Nemanja Vidic returning after a three-game absence because of a knee injury and Tomasz Kuszczak stepping in for Edwin van der Sar in goal. It contributed to moments of uncharacteristic uncertainty at the back, with Kuszczak having to rush out to block Jason Roberts from point-blank range after six minutes. Tevez wasted a glorious chance to give United the lead three minutes later when he failed to apply the finishing touch to an inviting cross from Wayne Rooney. And Blackburn made them pay after 21 minutes when Morten Gamst Pedersen's throw led to a mix-up between Vidic and Rio Ferdinand, leaving Santa Cruz to slide in his 20th goal of the season from 12 yards. "We'd rather have had three points and I think we deserved three points," said Ferguson, whose side will effectively seal the title if they win at Chelsea. "But our second-half performance was phenomenal. Our tenacity was fantastic and we played like champions," he said. "The attitude and character was fantastic. I'm really proud of them." Victory at Stamford Bridge next Saturday would put United six points clear, and with a superior goal difference of 18 more than Chelsea at present, only a mathematical miracle would deny them the title. Speculation is rife amongst the Barca fans, after eariler reports that Agents for Ronaldinho were seen at the City of Manchester Stadium a few weeks ago. Personally I dont reckon City will ever pay his wages, and will be silly to get him with our current wage structure even though he would make a dynamic change the the City team. I think they could have been in Barcelona to give them tips on how to beat Manchester United next week.
