A low-budget slasher film in which Coldplay frontman Chris Martin is 'murdered' is set to be released on the net. Slashed was shot for fun between gigs as Coldplay supported Ash during a US tour in 2003. Ash bassist Mark Hamilton said: 'I'll put it on youtube'.

Yeah, I've been wondering about this for years. I think a section of it was shown on TV once but everyone seemed to miss it.

Horror Movie Starring Chris Martin To Be Distributed On YouTube?

 

Singer Chris Martin's 2003 appearance in a slasher film will finally see the light of day on file sharing site YouTube. The Coldplay frontman stars in horror film Slashed, which was made by Northern Irish rockers Ash.

 

Martin appeared in the movie while touring with Ash, but the film has never been released.

 

However, Ash bassist Mark Hamilton says, "I'll put it on YouTube. I think people should be quite interested to see a video of Chris Martin getting murdered!"
