My Mom thinks the outside is the best part of Brie,lol. But I only eat the inside. Havarti's yummy too.

Then there's cottage cheese, and brick, and Colby, and pepper jack, and muenster, and cream cheese, and Havarti, and longhorn cheddar, and Parmesan, and let's not forget string cheese!! And Ricotta, and farmer cheese, and provolone, and ...

i'm not an adventurous cheese person. mozzerella, cheddar, american...thats about it. though i has something with gorgonzolla in it the other day and it was rather good...and even though asiago stinks its pretty good when mixed with cheddar...

i love cheese. best with macaroni.
