Best place to visit in Europe?

Featured Replies

I'm thinking of taking a trip to Europe this summer to clear my head, what are the best places to visit?

i'm not an european but i think italy and netherlands would be great

Did you want a long break in one place or did you want to travel around?

Paris, Barcelona, Venice, Amsterdam, Prague are a few amazing cities.

Ireland, Great Britain, Sweden, Switzerland/Austria, Italy... these are my recommendations ;)

Oh, Germany can be quite cool, too, but as a German I am a little bit biased ;)

Sweden and mainly Stockholm. It's a beautiful city. Where you both find modern and very old architecture. It's a city build on island's.

And the Swedish archipelagos are amazing :)

But Paris, London, Barcelona, Rome are also very cool cities.

:rolleyes:as i'm french i'll say you Paris, i know it's a bit arrogant (btw...sorry) but Paris is really beautiful and one of the best Cities in the whole world

And Slovenia as well! :P Hm ... every place is interesting, but each in its own way. would you like to go to museums, visit famous churches ... ?

London  and stockholm too :nice:

London is a quite nice place indeed! I really loved Verona as well.. :nice:

The Lake District is good for clearing your head. I can't think of anything worse than a big city.

but, why europe?:)

Can't go wrong with the Brecon Beacons, if you want to clear your head

I think if you want to clear your head, take a road trip from the south of france (for example St. Tropez) to Paris. Best vacation of my life. I know a lot of good places to stop/things to see along the way, PM me if you want more details :nice:

I talked to some of my friends and they are saying greece is amazing. So ive narrowed it down to the uk, greece(sanatroni and mykonos) or Germany. Most likely it'll be greece. But most people on here seem to think barcelona is the best city, so im going to research it.

ooooh thanks Rudy

greece is supposed to be great. i've never been there myself but quite a few of my friends have they absolutely loved it. if you go to the uk, don't just go to london.

greece has all- from ancient sites to the beaches and mountains.. just great!
