Over here they call that "carry overs" and if you're able to clear them before the duration of your studies you don't have to add an extra year.

It's possible. I know someone who had to clear about 2 I think and he did it. He dropped an elective or something.

Over here the weather was warm but it rained a bit.

The old record was 36,5 from 1992. Today was something in the 38-39 range.

And right now at 11:27 pm it's still 30C.
