 Welcome to the forum, too!

when you are super duper nervous to know which band is going to be confirmed today in this festival and your expectations goes for Coldplay :bomb:

when you see a guy on the train every morning that you swear looks just like Will.

or

when everyone you know rushes to tell you Coldplay news and you're like "You know I like Coldpay?" not realizing how often you talk about them.

When everyone tells you Coldplay news and you always say that you already know all of that!

When you are nonstop thinking about a crazy trip to the other side of Europe to see them at a festival!

^ Its so odd,..My dad and brother don't like Coldplay, but they both told me about Christmas lights and other news..

me: ''I already know that.. How do you guys know it?!''

I totally agree. I always know the news before they tell me but it's like they try to beat me at it. It's funny.

^ You're vegeterian? I admire you :P And Chris too, of course!

I can't play the guitar but a few days ago, when I played a certain note- I didn't know which one it was- I thought: "Oh! That's Lovers In Japan!" So then I found out the right melody very easily by attempts :D

Well it reminded me the first note of the acoustic version, which is in D...

And I got it right! :awesome:

You can read sheet music or do you just have a great ear?:wacky:

I want to learn how to read sheet music so badly :dead:

Didn't/Don't you learn that at school?

^^ I can read it quite well because I've been playing keyboard for 3 years... In fact to understand if I had got it right, I checked on my keyboard what note the first one was (A) and the chord (D) while listening to the song, 'cause I don't have the sheet music for the acoustic version... So I guess I've got a good ear too :P

I guess you should learn the basic things at school

Didn't/Don't you learn that at school?

like once in 5th grade but that was forever ago! I never played piano using sheet music since (I just learn on youtube how to play a certain song) :disappointed:

When did you two learn?

I learned it mostly at school, but I took piano lessons for a few years and my mother can play the piano & the guitar, so I think I learned some things from her, too.

And we basically do exercises on reading music every lesson.

Well here you're supposed to study an instrument all along junior high school, and I think now even at elementary school... So I started at 10 years old, at the last year of elementary school, and I kept on until I was 14 years old; then I started high school and I stopped for a year, but then I realized I wanted to improve myself because I really loved playing... So I found out that a town music school existed :nice:

You go there in the afternoon and attend your courses... It's 3 years I've been doing it, it's nice :)

You both must be really good then!:stunned:

Here they don't make you learn how to play an instrument! That would be great if they did!

I'm not bad, but neither I'm a pianist :P

They should teach you something, it's not fair :( Never thought about private lessons?

....when you create album art for the Demos, live recordings and remixes

...when you're in a store shopping and a Coldplay song comes on and you start singing.... with no shame

well when you are in front of the stand of fish (buy fish) in the store and

sings on the radio X&Y :embarrassed:
