2. Lovers in Japan

3. Life in Technicolor

4. Viva la Vida

5. Lost?

No way I can rate Yes at this point. In fact, I find it difficult to include anything other than VH and VLV, seeing as how they're the only ones I've heard "completely".

wow, this is a really terribly tempting post. You have managed to make me go into Coldplay withdrawal with this post. I havent listened to these 4 songs, and I want to stay that way until the release. This is a very tempting offering, but I'm tough. I will respectfully pass by this post and ignore its lure even though Im the only one here who hasnt heard these songs.:\

1. Violet Hill

2. Yes

3. Lovers In Japan

4. Viva la Vida

5. Life In Techincolor

6. Lost!

Highly subject to change though!

i absolutely love the vlv signature where did you get it

Hehe thanks! I made it. :)

I havent heard it so to me it's still up on a pedestal

it's kind of like a sex addict abstaining from sex before their wedding. That's how I feel:D

i want to give #1 ratings for all the songs, they're the best!

1. Viva La Vida

2. Yes

3. Life in Technicolor

4. Lovers in Japan

5. Violet Hill

6. Lost

I only like three of new songs. And that's Lost VH and LIF. The other songs LOJ, VLV and Yes, are so bad, that they can go to hell.

So...

1. Lost

2. LIF

3. VH

178. VLV

179. Yes

180. LOJ (I really hate this song, im not proud to be a Coldplay, after this song is made.)

1. Viva La Vida

2. Lost! (Album version)

3. Violet Hill

4. Life In Technicolor

5. Yes (What I have heard of it, quite potentially could move up)

6. Lovers In Japan

People don't like LIT because it is an instrumental and apparently no one here plays instruments and realizes that this song was probably created from a simple jam session...the best kind of music is made this way. I myself think it is great short jam that leaves you wanting more making it the perfect opener and supporting the concept of having an album full of equal songs that you listen to from end to end.

I rank Lovers In Japan last because it has an ever so slight country twang in it in a few spots and I absolutely HATE country and anything associated with it, but its not a bad song by any means.

OK, Are you guys telling me you like Yes because you heard a 15 second clip on an interview? Or have you heard the entire song? I am confused... If you are baseing your opinion on the interview, HOW? You cant even hear the lyrics. Help me out on this.

My fav's so far

1. Viva La Vida

These next 3 are really a tie. They are all such great songs. Its hard to say which I like the best. Ii just depends on my mood at the time. If I had to put them in order, here goes.

2. A Spell A Rebel Yell (I know its a low quality download and a B-side) I love it anyway

3. Lost (accoustic) This song could become my favorite over time.

4. Life in Technicolor (Stop saying it doesnt have lyrics! The end has its only lyric and it is Oh oh oh oh, LOL)

5. Violet Hill I like this song but I dont LOVE it. I am shocked they released it first and I wonder if they intentionally released the weakest track on the album first. If it is the weakest track, then this will be an AMAZING album because the song is still pretty damn good.

p.s. I have no opinions yet on Lovers in Japan or Yes. I am researving judgement until I here the highest quality full versions of these songs.

1. Violet Hill

2. Lost! (Album version)

3. Yes (sounds great_)

4. Life In Technicolor

5. Lovers In Japan

6. Viva La Vida

This place is going to CHANGE when the album comes out. It's going to be more divided than I've ever seen it, certainly.

1. Lost?

2. Viva La Vida

3. Lovers in Japan

4. Violet Hill

5. A Spell A Rebel Yell

6. Life In Technicolour

How people can rate Yes when you can hear it under an interview and under an interview alone is beyond me. You people are the people Chris is trying to get through to when he repeats endlessly that the album needs to be listened to from start to finish without breaks or replays.
