Whilst browsing my local Zavvi(used to be called Virgin) store in Dundalk(my hometown in Ireland), I found the official promo CD for "Violet Hill" sitting in the Coldplay section along with their albums. How crazy is that?? It says "For promotional use only" on the CD and also says "Not for broadcast before 30th April" too. How weird is it that it ended up in a store like Zavvi?? Anyway, I just walked out of the store with it, as there was no barcode on it and no price. I guess technically that makes me a shoplifter, but I was afraid that if I took it up the counter, a staff member would just take it off me and not give it back. Hehe.
