The most important, though, is the "level" of preference (slight, moderate, etc). 1. Extraversion vs. Introversion 2. Sensing vs. Intuition 3. Thinking vs. Feeling 4. Judging vs. Perceiving So depending on the results you get you've got to pick up the underlined letter of your 4 preferences. There're 16 personality types and they're usually referred to by an abbreviation of 4 letters _ _ _ _ To know their meaning just check this site: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Myers-Briggs_Type_Indicator#Type_dynamics_and_development >> Correlations to other instruments And click on the personality type that you've got.
