I bumped this thread because I want you guys to recommend me things. :cheesy: :whip:

I really love stuff like Yann Tiersen, Michael Nyman, and Philip Glass. :wacky:

if anybody says "piano man" i'm going to kick you.

Why? It is one of the best piano songs of all time, and Billy Joel is one if the best rock pianists, too.

A really good piano song is October by U2 and a very beautiful one as well from their 2nd album of the same name.

Nice idea for a thread. I remember visiting a museum in Berlin and there was this beautiful piano playing in the background of a documentary playing there. I watched it 3 times at least just becuase of the piano song! Never gonna find out what that was though :(

anyways, listen to some Ben Folds. He's one talented piano player. It does include singing, but rest assure, he can sing aswell

I can definitely recommend some classical/baroque/etc stuff! :wideeyed:

You HAVE to listen to Vocalise. It's Rachmaninoff...who doesn't love Rachmaninoff?

I really like the Efterklang song you shared. It's so pretty. Thanks!! :D

I really like Regina Spektor, Jack's Mannequin, Something Corporate, Keane, Thirteen Senses, and I don't mind The Fray either.

I also love the works of Chopin.
