Like that skirt I want from Club Monaco it's like all flowy and on the mannequin there was a tucked in shirt with it, it looked really good...

Around here(Florida) there aren't many people with style and some of my friends make fun of how I dress. Calling it "old man fashion", I call it a mix of modern and trad preppy style. But I feel a little insecure sometimes about dressing up too much because I'm young and look young. I love dressing well, but sometimes hold back due to the fact I stick out like a sore thumb.

haha. i really don't try to do much with my style... here in Arkansas... you're accepted with t-shirt and jeans :) ...but i think it's better if you have a fashion style, it's expressive of who you are and it makes you you...

There's nothing wrong with dressing well, I've lived in a place where everyone would just dress the exact same way and it looked pretty horrible. So wearing nice clothes ftw. I like preppy style, I can't exactly pull it off most of the times especialy during school year because in the morning I like wake up 30 minutes before school starts :dozey: but whatever...It shouldn't bother you, someday they'll realize that you look way better than they do.

actually I hate people who wear these glasses, because they want to be oh so indie...but I like those glasses...and if people wear them just because they like them, then I love them...and I think you can definitely see if somebody wears them, because they think it is Indie or because they think it looks good...
