Anyway, I'm a very lazy person and I was just dreading going to the gym. I thought I'd ask what all of you do to stay in shape. Any special workout secrets?? I don't really do anything special. My light workout consists of mostly cardio with some light weight training. What I would say is, you should only do what you actually enjoy. I prefer to be outdoors, and therefore can't stand gyms. You should just try out a few things you like the look of. Joining a club is always a good idea, as you can get help and advice and make new friends.
