I was looking through my photos I took of the band in Sydney, and I noticed Miller in the background near the stage, taking some photos in Lovers In Japan:D

Roadie

42 reveals another roadie !

"I should point out that the arm holding the glass in the bottom left of the picture belongs to Ben Miles, the man who performs the video magic that brings the balls to life every night (now that doesn't sound right....). He, and Andy Bramley (the man who cuts together the live cameras into the glorious nightly show it is - also glass aloft, at Chris's elbow) are the fellas responsible for the "Coldwave" mobile phone audience-generated lightshow that's become a highlight of the shows"

With Mr M revealing so many faces and names, I wonder why the roadies are still so surprised when we call out to them

Oh, & Miller follows Coldplaying on Twitter btw! :D

I saw that clip when he twittered it :laugh3: It was side-achingly funny, love the part when the kid dropped the guitar down the stairs :P

I have some roadie stuff!

a) Does anyone know of a roadie named Rick? Because the name "Rick" is written in the corner of the setlist I got on Thursday...

b) Liz and I played "guess the roadie" before the show, it was fun :nice: When they were setting up we yelled out "yeah roadies!" and we got smiles and thumbs up from them :D

c) When Miller was taking pictures of us, I took a picture of him! HA, take that Miller! And we yelled out "MILLER!" whenever he came on stage :P

^^ When we were at the Hartford show there were roadies in front of us behind the barricade setting up and one of them goes "Where's Ratface?" and a roadie came out from under the stage and was like "I'm right here, asshole!" he had a walkie on that had the name "Rick" taped to it.

I noticed it b/c it reminded me of the funny SNL skit with Amy Poehler where she's like "RICK RICK RICK".

Um, well then... I guess that answered my question!

I guess "Ratface" gave me my setlist, then... He didn't look like a rat, though! :P Did the Rick you were talking about have dark hair and glasses?

edit: I have pictures of that other dude, too, Liz- the one that watched both opening acts and looked really familiar
