Well the old PFFA thread had a poll, and i think it was over 100 people that said yes to sending a postcard. However if they all got to do it it's impossible to know.... :\

yeah, an accurate count is impossible, because not everyone scanned their cards and not even everyone said that they sent one in--lots of noobs and lurkers did too :wink:. also, there were some other sites involved, so they might have had significant numbers of mailers too. but like pris said, the old poll...if i recall correctly, it was coming near 200!

 

i would guess that there were between 200 and 300 cards sent, but that's just a really rough estimate :thinking:

i wonder if Debs has already been picking up postcards or if she's gonna wait until the hand-out to get them....... :thinking:

 

I like to think she'll have a laugh looking at all the postcards :D

i bet she's been periodically picking them up from the PO box in batches, or at least i hope she has been, since if there are as many as i think there are, they're not going to all fit inside an average size PO box! :lol:. my PO box at uni is so small it barely holds anything :P

Oh I disagree... I'd would laugh my ass off if I read stuff like that about people I know. Let's face it, she's probably seen them in all kinds of states - thinking about them in less than flattering moments and then reading all the gushing comments we leave here, I bet she gets a kick out of them if she reads them!

it's weird, though...i wonder how many cards i hope there are. i almost don't want there to be TOO too many, just because i doubt they'd get around to reading them if there are like, 400 of them :P. but obviously i want there to be LOTS so it shows that we worked hard and that we had all the best intents :D

I actually know exactly how that is because my brother is in a band. They are a local band here in Colorado, and i go to a lot of their shows and it is crazy how many girls go nuts for them. And it isn't only at their shows, some of the things they leave on their myspace, or messages they get are crazy too. I get a little annoyed to be honest, but maybe its just because that's my brother.. haha.

seriously, off course we say crazy stuff everywhere, but I think (or hope) everybody knows it's just us having a laugh.. and to be honest if you see what everybody puts on abanner these days I think they kinda already know what the heck goes on online..
