It's guests which are the problem.

 

The forum is slow for me tonight because of a problem with my cache dumping everything, so having to reload everything on every click :(

Oh my gosh these people really need to get off and stop lurking. It just took me almost 10 minutes for the forum to load... I had to keep refreshing and refreshing:(

Once I couldn't even load the main page for about 5 minutes AT ALL!

That was scary - I was getting really worried I wouldn't be able to check new posts before I go to bed... proofs that I'm addicted, right?

i think it's a combination of

a) people (mostly guests) checking into the live section to see what people are saying about the recent gigs that those guests were probably at,

b) the LIJ video

c) prospekt's march getting closer and closer
