Yes! That was the one. I think Will Ferrell was brilliant. he was my favorite on there... the Tina Fey thing got annoying after small doses. Will Ferrell however... I think he could sit in a chair and blink and I'd be rolling on the floor... never mind him doing the squint and talking like he did in that!

 

My other favorite bit in that part was, "What? WHAT? Why didn't you... ohhh... Well, i've just been informed that our country is in an alltime low and my approval ratings are lower than ever. I declared the White House a bummer free zone four months ago." LOL!

Kackie, I'm totally with you! Will Ferrell is boring in his movies, but the second he dresses up like Bush and squints in the camera, I fall over laughing.

It's gonna probably be a long time before we get results... let's not forget how much counting, recounting and cheating (on both sides) that goes in... also, we should have the highest turnout this time ever... which means more votes to count. There's a possibility it will be days, like 8 years ago.

And Nick, don't be so pessimistic. Technically it "ended" back when Abraham Lincoln wildly expanded the definition of presidential powers, and FDR solidified it. Obama is only a bit-player in this slow disaster.

 

Remember that in just a little over a couple hundred years, we went from having the smallest government possible to having the largest government in human history. And that's with all the brilliant checks and balances put in place by the founders! Hopefully America's story will serve as a lesson to future generations about the frivolity of attempting to reign in government power.

It is definitely exciting to see so many people voting. Even our small town was packed with voters!

 

I know i'm in the minority here voting for McCain but I'm excited about voting and excited to see what happens now... I'm hoping for the best for all of us!
