Featured Replies

^yeah, i don't think $145 is too bad.

i paid $120 for my front VIP veronicas tickets, and they're local (the normal tickets were $60, but still)

I can't wait till they release dates. I'll be the first to get front row tickets.

^ i mean, i'd be happy with any thing really, but front row, or somewhere that close?

i may just spontaneously combust with excitement. :D

I had seats last time, but I am considering standing for these new shows. Thoughts?

Oh. My. Gosh.

Probably the single greatest (unofficial) announcement of my life.

Please, please, please -- I cannot wait for them to come back here. I don't care if their tickets are $300; I am going to all the Melbourne shows!

I think I stopped breathing for a little while there... :D:D:D

If it's all seated there will be outrage :P

How much did they cost?

Not too sure about Sydney's ticket prices, but when Coldplay toured Melbourne in July '06, it was around $120 for GA, and $85 for SEATED -- something like that, anyway...

They were $120, but really great seats. And it was mix at the Sydney shows too.

DEFINATELY STAND. I did for the first time for The Killers last year and I'll never look back, you're just so much more involved.

i'd rather be standing, personally.

i hate sitting at concerts, i just can't understand why you would go to a concert, and just sit there like you're watching them on tv or something!

$120 I can do, $145 I can do, anything about that is getting a little expensive

$85 for a sitting seat, i'd happy with. I mean hey, at least the boys visit you for the Acoustic set :D

and demand for tickets? Am I gonna be able get one? Seeing i'm 15 and parents won't let me use the credit card?

Doubt it will be in Rod Laver -- the 2006 run had GA (standing)

It was officially announced today !

March 3rd && 4th in Melbourne - Rod Laver Arena

CANNOT WAIT

i've been waiting for that announcement for months and months and months

ahhh :)

You and me both, coldplay <3!

So, you guys recommend standing?

I've wondered about that (I was seated back in '06), in the GA section, can you see clearly enough from further back -- that is, if you're in the middle of the standing section compared to right in front of the stage?

Decisions, decisions!

I want to fly down for 1 or 2 Aussie concerts, but I can't decide which one to go...

Can anyone help? :D
