Seeing how Hot N Cold came out in July 2007 I think that it being a steal is not very likely.

you obviously dont write any music or have one shred of knowledge regarding music. To even make a claim that there is the same "chord progression" is a complete waste of time. There are only so many chords to choose from ALOT of songs have similar chord progressions to each other. Stop wasting our time.
