Hmmm, interesting how Chris talked about the lawsuit... I would've thought:

a) He would've refused/gotten angry

b) Their lawyers would've told him not to say anything

He did say it had been a pretty awful day though, he does sound genuinely gutted about it and yet didn't let himself get carried away with over emotional statements. :)
