I believe this is at the end of the battle between Obi-Wan and Darth Vader. Obi-Wan cuts off his other arm I believe, and one of his legs, and Vader falls back onto this thing. Vader is slowly being engulfed by flames and Obi-Wan says something like: "Anakin, it was you who we're said to destroy the Sith! Not join them! I love you Anakin, but I will not help you."

 

Vader screams, "I hate you!" and bursts into flames.

 

Believing Darth Vader is dead, Obi-Wan leaves.
