He hasn't insulted you at all man, relax! I don't see why you get all defensive for nothing. And the fact that you're friends doesnt mean he has to agree with anything you say, hell i know cos sometimes i have huge fights with my friends cos we don't agree on everything and that's healthy otherwise life would be so boring.
