Coldplay need to be greedy and want to do this dvd for the money.

I really hope they do make a DVD. It's been ages since the last one, as much as I love the 2003 DVD, I've watched it to death :S

 

Come on boys, give us fans what we want. If they'd made it in time for the Christmas market they would have sold a ton of them!!

I wish I got it as a Christmas gift. If it was going to be released soon, we would have known it. (sigh!)

It just wouldn't make sense for them not to release a DVD from this tour.. even Johnny said its been the best tour they have ever done. The also got tons of footage from all over probably tons to pick through from 2008. This is the first time im hearing Wembly was actually filmed? Wow I hope they release that footage! Once again, there is no point for them not to!

I agree, it should be our new Postcards type project. I have a feeling thought they'll release it. Probably January.

we did need another live DVD from Coldplay!

i check this site every day for any news on the dvd. just hope to god they release it soon, also on blu ray :)

im not sure really what shows are going to be on the dvd. During the tour there were a bunch of shows that sort of got filmed. It would also be cool if hey had another tour diary like the live 2003 one.

Only 6 shows got filmed all tour. Chicago on leg one for the Lost! video and the Lovers In Japan live video.

 

Vancouver and Wembley are for the archives. Barcelona was the intended DVD location, but the sound was messed up the entire night.

 

The mass ammounts of Cameras at all the shows were for the screens.

yes, they were there. But I *hope* that they are waiting to include some LA tour shots in bonus (or do like Franz Ferdinand and have a song by city->so insert a song perfomed in LA in the DVD).

 

That's just a supposition but I hope they'll release a DVD.

they said a live album i.e a cd, they never ruled out a live dvd
