I would LOVE to see this! I think they've come so far since Live 2003 (which I loved)

is this

it looks like a fake... specially the "live in london" font, and the cover doesn't look that professional...

is there going to be a live dvd??

does anyone have any info

i want one...

Didn't they film a gig in its entirety in the United Centre, Chicago last July? The Dubliners was previewed their.

But I would think it more likely that they'd release a DVD set in one of the big stadium shows later this year as it would feature songs from Prospekt's March and the tour diary would include the whole tour. Maybe Wembley?

^^I think they only filmed the video for Lost! at Chicago. If they were to release a DVD (hoping like crazy that they will! :D), I agree, it'll probably be in one of their bigger stadium shows such as Wembley...but who knows? I'm just really hoping they release one with a tour diary!

omg wtf bbq?

someone wanna check how legit this is? i swear, something like this showed up already a few months ago, turned out to be a hoax....

I think there will be a tour DVD..

If I was Coldplay I should do.

Because: there are many shows to shot a video for.

There've been alot, alot new things since the last DVD for some extra's.

It can take a time for a new tour to make a DVD.

The fans want's it so for a band it's important to keep them as fans.

And another, the best reason for the DVD: artwork for Viva tour DVD will be GREAT!

I couldn't see them not releasing a DVD after filming the Chicago show

VIVA LA VIDA TOUR VIDEO!?

Does anyone know if they plan to make a video DVD out of coldplay's viva la vida tour? I am a long time U2 fan and am used to them releasing a DVD after their most recent tours.

They filmed the shows in vancouver, but they wouldn't say for sure they were going to release a dvd. I would be very suprised if they didn't release a dvd. I think they are very proud of this tour and since they are talking about the next tour being low key, you would think for sure they will release one.

They filmed the shows in Chicago also

They filmed the shows in Chicago also

For Lost! and Lovers in Japan 2.

Chris said multiple times over the two nights that they were filming for a DVD. How Canada crowds are the best on film. Told us to be the loudest Viva ever cause we'll show our kids one day.

Cameras were everywhere, minus the boom.

But Andy told me it was for the archives. He had a sly look on his face and due to my knowlage of Coldplay knew I was a Coldplayer.

The oracle said to look to Phil for official news regarding a Tour DVD. They could film it in either Netherlands or London. Those are the final two night gigs. My gut is saying they are releasing Vancouver. Release for Black Monday.

I couldn't see them not releasing a DVD after filming the Chicago show

This is a bit off topic but I see from your signature that you went to Alpine Valley and The Verizon center!I went to both of those! They were amazing!

Well hope they dont do Barcelona !

I am wondering if it's going to bits from all the filmed shows to represent many of the countries they have performed in. I mean, Chicago = USA, Vancouver = Canada, Barcelona (+maybe other European shows) = Europe, etc. Maybe it will be like a film, where the individual performances are from different shows interlaced with tour diary type footage?

I think they are going to release one though. After the fall-through of the X&Y tour DVD, it just makes sense. It's been 6 years since they've released one, and with their current popularity, I wouldn't be surprised if we have one just in time for Christmas...

I don't care from which gig it is but they need to release a dvd with a tour diary on as well!
