i know this is a coldplay website but i wanted to know if anyone heard of these guys or likes their music?? i think they are awesome. sometimes i feel like there's a little bit of coldplay/radiohead in their songs. anyway, if you haven't heard of this band i suggest taking a listen. if you like coldplay odds are you'd like explosions in the sky. youtube has a ton of videos.

no no no, of course I love them, but they do not sound as coldplay or radiohead, they are sort of post rock, instrumental guitar based songs but yeah they're awesome, and wrong section btw

i disagree. i think buckland and greenwood sound like these guys at times. i never said carbon copies. they use similar arrangements of notes with cool effects. i believe this is why many people love buckland so much

well, maybe they are similar on the atmospheric sound of their guitars, but I find them very different

i like this band. i've heard two of their albums (those who tell the truth and all of a sudden). I really like all of a sudden alot... good album :thumbsup:

I really love this band. I still have to listen to more of them than what I have, but I think that they'd be great to see live.

Hi Everyone,

First off, please accept our apologies for not updating this thing very often. We've been pretty caught up in working on our new album lately and other responsibilities have been neglected. But we are happy to announce a couple of shows that are coming up. One is in Louisville, Kentucky (on August 31st) and one is in Baltimore, Maryland (on September 2nd). Then on September 4th we'll be playing at the ATP Festival in New York. Also, in early August we'll be playing at a castle in the UK with Thom Yorke. All of the information about all of these shows can be found on the "shows" link up above. We won't be adding any more shows this year, but we promise there will be a lot of touring in 2011 and beyond and also our new album will be coming out next year, as well.
