Unfortunately the cardboard tube with your poster was accidentally crushed when the post office picked up from our warehouse, badly damaging the poster, so it could not be shipped.

We only ship posters in perfect condition, and stock thousands of them in our warehouse, so a free replacement shipment was immediately authorized. Normally we can quickly reship a poster from our warehouse, however the poster is no longer in stock and we were just informed by our vendor that they do not plan to restock the poster - something that happens periodically as vendors phase out certain posters when they add newer inventory.
