Anybody watching this new drama series?

 

Is anyone here still watching? The show moves to Saturdays at 9pm starting tonight, and there was a pretty interesting article on ew.com about it.

yeah, i'm watching... not my favorite, but entertaining nonetheless.

I've been watching, I was wondering when it was going to be on next (usually airs Thursday here). Thanks for the heads up that it's been moved to Saturday..

It's not the best but still entertaining.

Yeah. The central characters are finally, after 5 (?) episodes, starting to notice that the wedding party and guests are dropping like flies!

It took them long enough, didn't it? And they don't even know about half the victims yet. You'd think they would start taking a head count and verifying the missing peoples' whereabouts.

count 'em

 

Let's count the deaths so far!

 

1) the guy lashed to the ship's screw (not the ship's crew) underwater

2) the fell-through-the-bridge and got-gnawed-in half-uncle

3) the groomsman who was entrusted with the found money

4) the woman who hanged herself

5) the vice-vicar

6) the bride's father (they did notice that one)

 

Did I miss any?

i like it...i watch every episodes from the internet.

 

* Hunter Jennings - the bride's ex-boyfriend who was "accidentally" shot in his boat while leaving the island.

 

*one of the bridesmaids who fell into a pit and who the killer doused gasoline and set her on fire!

 

*the bride's brother-in-law who had an affair with her stepmother. He was "harpooned"

 

*the local girl who Abby knew from her childhood. they thought it was suicide but Abby's father knew otherwise.

 

Some of the deaths were stupid but entertaining.

And now the bride's little step-sister has disappeared - but is she .......DEAD!! (I think not!)

 

Oh the terror!

The 8th episode is quite exciting I think.

Ah Harper's Island thread yay! It was on at like 10:30pm on Sundays for a while, but didn't rate high enough so its now on at about 2 or 3am, so I have to type. And oh crap, now you just ruined the next episode for me :P Oh well, its still good. I love the deaths, some of the are hilarious. And others are bit gross too but meh. I think the stupidest thing is that they don't realise anyone is dead.

So sorry! It only occurred to me after posting that not everyone would had seen the latest episode. I will use the "spoiler" feature next time.

 

At least the remaining characters are now aware that something is very wrong!

Don't worry about it, its fine :). I see it tomorrow night (well morning) anyway. Good to know they actually realise all their friends are dropping like flies around them.

Tonight's episode was pretty good. I am getting really hooked on this show.

murder & mayhem

 

Thy're dropping fast now!

Just when I though it was geting a bit boring because we knew who the real murderer is, there's a surprise twist at the end of the latest episode (i.e. the one after we realize that the Sherrif is not the murderer).

Tonight's episode was good....but a little gory. I don't want to say too much about the episode but what Chloe said before the background music started playing was gut wrenching.

 

Series finale in two weeks. I can't wait.

this week's a repeat

 

So this week, they re-aired Episode 1. The final two episodes will both air next week in a two hour conclusion.

I was surprised at how much I'd missed or forgotten in Episode 1, so I was glad for the repeat. For example: why, at the end, there appears to be noone else on the island; the humour in the relationsghip between Chloe and Cal; the duplicity of the bride's father; cousin Ben's name and the fact that he was wearing an air mask at the time he was killed; and the tension between Uncle Harry and the bride's father. Fun to re-visit. Looking forward to the conclusion.

Think we're still behind you's out here, by at least one or two episodes.
