How did you feel when you first became a Coldplaying Member ?

Featured Replies

I was scared of the people in the Coldplay section.

Why?

I went almost a full year with out leaving the top (coldplay, releases, live, instrument etc.) section of the forum. Over time I grew bored and started responding to world of music and news posts. As I became familiar with a variety of posters I got more and more comfortable talking conversationally.

I don't put as much thought into posts as I used to. I usd to write whole paragraphs and then completely scrap it, see what you've done to me?

It seems we all just set our accounts aside for a while.

Get on AIM, douchenozzle. I mean... friend.

Overwhelmed, it was my first forum and I had no idea what was going on.. :P

Same here, thats one reason I didnt post.

Didnt understand.

when i first got on coldplaying, i was utterly confused. i'd never used IM and i'd just gotten myself into a forum. i didn't know anyone, i was so freaked out by everything. thats why whenever i find new members, i try to help them out with any problems they have. :D

I stayed in the Coldplay section. I was afraid of the Lounge. I was afraid of posting. My first post is riddled with anxiety. I didn't want to offend anyone.

my thread is growing

I started in the Coldplay section, wouldn't leave it. Now I refuse to leave the lounge. Anyone who can sit on a message board talking about Coldplay all day every day is really living a sad life.

^That's how I was! It's a little bit weird thinking that I was as obsessed with Coldplay as other people here. It seems like so much has changed in such short time.

I was kind of scared the first day I joined...I posted something but it got no reply so i didn't post for like, a month or so.

But than I came back and started in the lounge and the post pictures of Chris thread.

Right now though, I'm in love with the groups...and I check them constantly

Shy. Actually, I still feel that way hence the reason why I don't post very often.

I was really shy, and scared that I would say something wrong to someone or something   So I didn´t post much in the first months I got the acount.

But now I have tons of great friends, and have met a lot of new people  :wacky:

It felt neat to be on a board full of other people who loved Coldplay, then I discovered the average age of the active posters and felt extremely old and uncool. :uhoh2:

Most of them are 14 so they make me feel extremely intelligent and cool.

I just refresh the "new posts" and thats how I decide where to post haha. I had an account for a while before I finally posted.

Haha so I'm more intelligent and cooler than you ! :smug:

BITE ME. You're also more perverted than me!
