It just now got finished storming. I don't mind thunderstorms. NC needs the rain. :)

I like it when there's thunder and lightening right before it actually rains... or if it only drizzles. Not a big fan of the actual rain.

I like thunderstorms when I'm safe in my house, but not if I'm TRYING TO FLY HOME and it causes me to get stuck in my plane sitting on the runway for HOURS! :censored: :veryangry2:

 

Sorry, that happened to me this afternoon... and two weeks ago... :rolleyes:

Try Orkney, no thunderstorms but you do get storms in the winter. I recall getting up to watch the Australian GP in 2007 about 2am in the morning.... wind speed reached 105mph.
