The bar thing represents how mnay posts you have, yeah - and it used to give you a different custom title if you set it to default. Like the first one was "Newbie", 1:1 Don't Panic", then it was "1:2 Shiver" etc.

I got up to 2:1 God Put A Smile Upon Your Face

or something like that before the custom titles were taken off - I have no idea why though, I think apparently something went wrong.

Well, they were using the rumored track listing for the 4: sections - perhaps it went wrong when the official listing was released!
