X&Y was the CD that got me into Coldplay. Speed of Sound made me look into the band.

i acutally enjoy "a whisper" - it makes a GREAT cell phone/ihome alarm! (always gets me right up!) ;)

 

fix you is a good song but i always skip it. Not a huge fan of "bigger stronger". no hate <3

That's interesting that it has both of them on there. X&Y was the last album I bought, and maybe I was just to preoccupied with listening to the rest to notice it :\

X&Y is a beautiful song. The first minute of the song is amazing, but after that it is kind of so-so...but i still love it.

Viva La Vida because its too predictable and its pop, not rock. Lovers in Japan (Osaka Sun Mix) is also pretty poor too as it doesn't sound much different to the original.

Sorry but the only song i always skip is "Yes"... and I prefer X&Y (the album) to "VLVODAAHF"... yeah I'm that weid :)

I used to dislike 'A Whisper' a lot, but i guess once I get like a minute or so into the song I get used to it. Something about the beginning just turns me off right away lol.

 

Cemeteries of London?! :o someone on the first page said it was their least favorite song and it was a bad choice to put on such an incredible album, I couldn't disagree more. it's one of my favorites and it just fits so well with the story line of Viva.

 

Opinions are opinions though, I respect that.
