Well, Coldplay didn't win anything after all, but let's face it - Viva's video was a weak entry. The videos since have been better, but with VLV, you have the popularity factor going in. Whatever, Coldplay has won so many awards in the past year that anything else is almost an after-thought.

^plus, MTV is crap, so who cares?! I recorded it for Muse, though :P

 

for the record, I think my favorite VLV era video is Lovers in Japan.
